Saving Mr. Lombardi V was a regional Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament on November 9, 2024 in Irvine, CA. As the title of the event is about the in game character, Falco Lombardi, I used this to centralize the cohesive style of the event branding and graphics in his primary color scheme. I used a single feather as the logo for the event to show the connection between the bird (Falco) and how it evokes fragility, missing, left behind. Some of the borders of the score boards are meant to be asymmetrical to evoke pressure of saving Mr. Lombardi and the high stakes competition of the event.
